Continuned with MythBackend configuration 

Figure 1 and figure 2 shown the setup in Mythbackend for Capture card .This one of the important thing to get the tuner card intergrated with this Mythtv Configure your capture cards here. Select “New Card” for each new option. Hopefully, MythTV identifies the hardware, so all you have to do is name it and select what type it is. My cable feed’s name is cable, it’s encoder type is IVTV MPEG-2, it recognizes the card as a PVR-500, its location is /dev/video0, and its input is tuner1.
